Eden Mill Golf Gin is a unique Scottish spirit created to honour St Andrews, the "Home of Golf." It is famously distilled with botanicals (gorse, heather, and lavender) foraged directly from the historic Old Course in St Andrews, combined with seaweed for a coastal, maritime flavour profile designed for post-round enjoyment.

The "Old Course" Botanicals: It is the only gin in existence specifically distilled with botanicals hand-foraged from the iconic Old Course at St Andrews. Stephen Gallacher was involved in the creation of the gin, aiming for a drink that matches the spirit of the game.

A new glass 70cl look was introduced in April 2025 with a new label featuring illustrations of St Andrews landmarks and the North Sea, shifting this unique authentic ceramic bottling into history.

Eden Mill is located on the site of a 19th-century distillery on the banks of the Eden Estuary, bringing distilling back to the area for the first time in 150 years. 

The gin is often served with a premium tonic and garnished with blackberry and mint.
