An intriguing blended malt from Mossburn, bringing together a selection of whiskies across Speyside, blending them and then further maturing them in special 'Mossburn Cask Bill #2' casks designed to the company's own specifications. 

This is a blended malt bottling from Mossburn, the owners of Toabhaig distillery on the Isle of Skye.

One of two initial releases from the Mossburn Signature Casks Series, which is a range of blended malts exploring the regional differences of Scotch whiskies. Each one is finished in specially-coopered casks designed to accentuate the particular stand-out flavours of each region's whisky. For the second release, Mossburn have set their sights on Speyside, finishing the whisky in casks made from first-fill Oloroso sherry butt staves and heavily charred American oak cask heads.
