Cutty Sark 15 Year Old (70cl, 40%)
A rarely-seen older expression of Cutty Sark, skilfully blended from a broad selection of malt and grain whiskies aged at least 15 years. This was blended and bottled by Berry Bros & Rudd, who later sold the brand to Edrington in 2010.
This blend contains a high amount of Speyside malts and takes its name from the famous clipper built in 1869.
Berry Brothers & Rudd is a firm steeped in history. They were established in the late 17th century, and received a Royal Warrant from King Edward VII in 1903. The company has been bottling single malt whisky from almost as early as that, and produced their first ever blend, Cutty Sark, in 1923.
