The first single malt distilled in England's picturesque Cotswolds, released as a limited edition. 

This single malt from the Cotswolds distillery in England distilled using Odyssey Barley in 2014 and bottled in April 2017. This is one of 10,800 bottles.

The Cotswolds Distillery is the first and only full-scale distillery within the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and began producing spirit in 2014, under guidance from Harry Cockburn (former Distillery Manager at Bowmore) and the late Dr Jim Swan (renowned whisky consultant). The distillery features a 0.5 tonne mash tun and eight 2,500-litre washbacks and the distillation takes place in two copper pot stills supplied by Forsyths of Rothes, Scotland.
